If you have previously used PayPal (or related Credit/Debit card) to pay for our hosting services but no longer do so for any reason (such as transferring ownership, changing currency, or discontinuing your subscription), please manually go to your PayPal dashboard to cancel the automatic payment agreement. We kindly request all customers who have previously paid via PayPal or credit card to check their accounts to avoid any financial loss.
Effective from September 1, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC+8), we will no longer provide "original payment method refunds" for issues arising from automatic payments. Instead, we will only offer "credit balance refunds," meaning the equivalent amount will be credited to your account balance on the LeiKwan Host website.
