To address common issues that arise after a PUSH transfer, the following PUSH process has been documented for the reference of both buyers and sellers.
Seller:
Pre-fund your account with 50 HKD.
Initiate the transfer under "Services - Transfer PUSH".
Await the approval of the PUSH request and ensure your buyer has completed their real-name identity verification.
Buyer:
Once real-name identity verification is complete, accept the machine.
Open a Support Ticket to request that the on-duty personnel rebuild the machine.
